They can probably make it to WCF without him, yes? Even if it's months, sounds like he could be back in plenty of time for the finals.

Hyper extended just means he got his knee pushed back.. It's a general description for now.

I'm guessing you can't read...I bolded it for you. Hell I'll say it again right now..."And I don't want to hear about how it's not classy to cheer about a player getting injured because (#1) I'm not, I'm cheering at the opportunity it opens up..." Not showing sympathy for KD is not the same as cheering for his injury.

With the way the knee bent, months probably means season is over.

Are you calling me illiterate? Another clear showing of your lack of class.

CLASSLESS cheering for an injury of a player.

You must have loved what happened to Rose and B.Roy...

Even if it's 3 months, he has a chance for a Finals return in June.

Look the Cavs deal with legit big injuries every year. Who knows how they would have done with Kyrie the first year. Warriors got what every team goes thru in a season.

But trust me, a no Durant Warriors team changes everything in the west. Spurs and Rockets can beat them in a series.

You've gotta be kidding me. I'm not gonna say it again if you refuse to read it not my problem. The injuries of D.Rose and B.Roy had nothing to do with my Rockets chances of winning a championship.

I'm not kidding you buster, this type of repetitive lack of class is just despicable and will not be tolerated in the Rocket fan community. Take that garbage to a Mavs forum.

I'll feel bad for him if it's serious. Won't feel bad for the Warriors. Will also recognize that, yes, this possibly helps us but lets be honest, really helps the Spurs.

Never wish an injury upon a marquee player, any players to be exact!

    Get better, KD!

Spurs ain't stoppin our guards. We finish them in 6 and D'Antoni gets a little retribution from 2005.

When did he ever say that he wanted Durant injured? He is just saying he hopes the rockets are opportunistic and take advantage if kevin durant is injured.

There is nothing classless about that. Every fan, player, coach, and executive wants their team to take advantage of every opportunity to win.

I get that it might not be politically correct to say that but its true. You are just picking on the guy for telling the truth

Agree with poster above me; will feel bad for Durant, won't feel bad for the Warriors.

I wouldn't even feel bad for Durant. It won't end his career. This isn't like the foot injury which really was a long-term concern given what it did to other players(Yao, Bill Walton). All a knee injury like this will do is potentially derail the Warriors' season, and if you're expecting sympathy for them, you better look elsewhere cuz I got none.

And yes, we can be honest and admit this helps the Rockets if he misses a few months or even the rest of the season. Would the Rockets have beaten Phoenix in 1995 had Danny Manning not blown out his knee earlier in the year? Or even gotten past the Jazz in the first round had Felton Spencer not ruptured his Achilles? And on the flipside, what happens in the WCF 2 years ago against Golden State if the Rockets have Bev, D-Mo, and a fully healthy Dwight?

Even without durant that team is stacked. Green, curry, and klay will play better without durant in the lineup. If he comes back for the finals he will be good.
