    Against the Spurs this afternoon Brewer played 12 minutes, scoring 5 points on 2 of 5 shooting (1 for 1 from 3 point land), with two rebounds, an assist, and a steal. He was a -7 in the +/- column, fourth best on the team.

    Already making an impact.

    I don't hate him as much as others neither. The guy had an intriguing frame that allowed him to move like a small guard yet had the length of a post player.

    I never hated him. Actually I would not be mad if he was still a Rocket. I believe what we were asking Brewer for was beyond his capabilities at this point. I hope he understands. We did sign him to his last multi year deal so he cant be too mad, I hope. It's really nothing personal.

    Would love to have him back on a minimum contract. He's the kind of guy you want in the locker room and practice, or in case your starter or backup goes down for a short amount of time, or on nights when all your other SF's and SG's just suck and you have to try something/anything that might turn the tables.

    Basically I want him to replace Bobby Brown. He would be a much much much better Bobby Brown.
