Has anyone here tried Whitney Mercilus's new Chris Shepherd restaurant One/Fifth? It's in the old Mark's building. Wanted to hear some thoughts.
Curious to see how this works out. Apparently its going to be 5 different types of restaurants over the next several years (hence the name, 1/5th). Given how popular some new restaurants are... only to fizzle out in 2-3 years... can't say its all that bad of a business plan.
I liked Mark's. Bummer. Interesting concept, curious how the kitchen staff can handle multiple cuisines, or I guess there will be serious turnover when they change the menu.
