Peaceful leftists shows us how peaceful and tolerant they really are

I agree with the peaceful protesters at the end of the video who said that was horrible and no one deserves that.

 

With how big this thing was, I'm surprised at how peaceful all of it was. Really have to tip my hat off to the leftists with the exception of a couple of girls here. And at least at that, they aren't fully mature men acting like cry babies needing their safe space.

 

What a great video. It shows how intolerant a sparse minority out of hundreds of thousands of people were, and how the majority condemned the action. Way to go protestors. Very well done. What an amazing day of peaceful protests by the left.

That's what I heard, but I haven't seen any verification.

 

When you have 100,000's of protesters participating, its rather disingenuous to take isolated cases of overzealous angry people crossing a clear line and trying to generalize from that. There will be knuckleheads in any large crowd of protesters, irrespective of political leanings, who are liable to do something stupid if given the opportunity.

 

It was. Zero arrests in Washington. Unheard of for a gathering of that size.

1 arrest in Saint Paul (where I currently live) the other day, with an estimated 90,000 - 100,000 protesters.

 

Shocking . Actually, if this was the worst of it, that is pretty mild.

 

It would be easy to take violent actions by some extreme right wing nut and then go "See, that's how the right is." and it would also be terribly simple-minded and doesn't solve anything at all really.

 

What a backfiring thread. I'd say they're pretty peaceful.
