The Pacers have cut Omar Cook. Would he be a better third string Rockets backup than Mike Wilkes? I haven't seen Wilkes play, but Cook has an impressive pedigree although he hasn't shown anything yet.

I'll take Mike over Omar. Mike is fast and can deliever the ball and he doesn't turn it over. His problem is his shot but we have enough finishers on our team.

    Sorry to reply like that

To me, the guy is not an NBA player, he's a shoot first point who can't shoot that well. He's an extremely poor version of Stephon Marbury, who thinks he's the next Stephon Marbury.

Omar Cooks sucks. He can't shoot and has bad court vision. He think he's NBA ready after finishing first year in St. Johns. He's very cocky and he's learning the hard way. He should have stuck in St John's a few more years til he's ready.

Forget about 'their game' but there is something very positive about Mr. Wilks - it is reported that he a great positive personality in the locker room; JVG kind of locker room presence. He is generally regarded as a 'great guy'.
