That was the funniest thing I have ever seen. More funny that it took 6 steps before the refs called. The refs weren't even looking at WB and weren't going to call him for that 6 steps if the Warriors coaches and Curry weren't going crazy
The look on Westbrook's face was truly my favorite part. He actually looked "innocent." He had zero clue what he did wrong. I've played basketball since I was a young boy. I've NEVER done that. Dribbling comes naturally, I don't get what was on his mind when he was walking with the ball.
Only thing of importance. Westbrook says in regards to Zara, "I'm gonna get his a** back." That's the only thing important.
Actually I think he said "V" not the "e". I'm pretty positive since there were stories that Oladipo and Durant were friends. So I'm guessing Victor went to talk to KD and then Russ saw it and commented.
Part of me really wants Westbrook to **** up Durant and the Warriors. I can't wait to see Harrell and squad punk around Zaza on Friday.
Did anyone else notice nobody on the floor for OKC went after Zaza and teammates were slow to run over and help WB get to his feet? I think this is telling on his relationship with the other players. I know he's tight with Payne, seems to get along well with Oladipo and Adams surely would have gotten in Zaza's face if he were playing. But I wonder about that locker room.
That's the one thing about Westbrook that you can't say about Harden, Westbrook can be mentally taken out of games with overt phisicality while James seems to thrive on playing with physical contact
Considering Oladipo and Morrow are friends with Durant. Same with their coach Royal Ivey, my guess is the lockeroom is divided. Some are loyal to Westbrook/Thunder. While others see it as a business and loyal to friends aka Durant. I know a lot of people here hate Durant for joining the Warriors. But let's be real. Most of us would rather be friends with Durant than Westbrook. I guess maybe I can't speak for everyone, but I'd much rather be tight with Durant than Westbrook. Westbrook seems like a big a-hole to me off the court. Durant seems more like a guy you could chill with.
Nah he said "E" as in Enes. There's another video with the angle that shows him turning to Enes and Enes was shaking his head like "Me? Nah I didn't say anything."
Zaza is from the Republic of Georgia. Westbrook is like nothing to them. Mean streets of LA. OR mean streets of Georgia? I'll take the guy from the country near Russia any day.
