    Their bench needs guard help. TJ looks good when paired with DMo.

    A quick look at the game log shows that TJ has had several solid games this year under the radar. Some of his biggest were with Anthony Davis not playing. Mighty funny how nobody says anything about it. DMo goes 11 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 assists in his first game and some people lose their minds. He follows that up with 3 points, 3 rebounds, and 3 assists...1 point, 3 rebounds, and 3 assists...2 points and 2 rebounds, and finally 0 points, 2 rebounds, and 1 assist. Look below at some of TJ's lines this year, but there is no outrage. Surely as soon as DMo has another "decent" game, mind you nowhere near as good as any that TJ has already had, we will hear about it over and over. I'm just saying. And the thing is, I don't even really care that TJ is gone. I think he would have been useful here with a real coach in a real system, but I'm happy with Trez in that role. He brings energy EVERY night and though TJ is more skilled, his motor didn't always run hot. That said, the box scores show a different narrative than some of what is being pushed here on Clutchfans at times. I don't see it happening, but imagine what the DMo thread would look like if he somehow managed to throw up a 24 and 12 or a 26 and 9 game.
