You said that last year and look at the garbage that they signed. Jimmy G. is nothing special, just a slightly better version of Matt casell. Romo is done, cutler sucks, there's no QB worth drafting. I don't see this team getting a franchise quarterback anytime soon.
It's just classic to show the closeup at the sideline after the INT that BOB was mouth opening and looked like he just woke up from a coma to witness this whole thing.
You underestimate this franchises decision making, he should not have played this game but here he is.
Pit has shltty defense. KC will have a much better chance to beat NE because of their pass rushing ability.
He didn't say first round did he? Teams have had great success in recent years drafting QB's in the second or even fourth round.
Being on the team next year? Of course. There's not really a choice. There will be a QB competition between him, Savage, and a rookie if they pick one in an awful QB class. It could very well still be him next season. It is what it is. When you gamble on a QB, sometimes you miss and get stuck with him.
What was he yelling at? You could tell he was trying to pass the blame somewhere. I not only find him to be a horrible pro QB, he also just comes off as a pretty-boy prick.
The Texans drafted Savage not THAT long ago, but it didn't seem to count. So clearly he was talking about a high draft pick.
