In no way does this mean that he has proved his being the center of the future.

But 14 points, 9 boards, 2 blocks in 29 mins of action is excellent.

Hopefully we will see many more.

BTW, I didn't have access to the game, so were his points off passes or his creating shots?

Thats really what impressed me most about last nights game. No way they win without him. Great defense and all around play from the Catomic bomb. Once they stuck him in...things really turned around. Most of his points were off the pass...opportunity baskets...the way it should be.

This was the first time i've gotten to watch Cato this season and I'm surprised by how bulkier he is than last season. Also, SOMEBODY was playing pretty horrible defense on lorenzen Wright in the fourth quarter. Cato did play good D on the last shot though.

Most of his points were dunks from some pretty good passes. But I was really impressed that he was 4-5 from the free throw line.

They were dunks, but Cato doesn't need to do much more than that. Especially once Taylor gets healthy and learns to play with him, I think Cato will get even more easy baskets, making the defense worry about him enough to free up space for the real scorers.
