What's the problem with him taking a call and not meeting her until he takes office? Looks like a logical leap.
I never took Trump to be war hungry. Antogonistic, yes. It's too soon to judge. If I were a rival state, I'd avoid Trump's provocations, and trap him in a statement that forces him to act or lose face. It's almost textbook, and I'd hope our president is smarter than that.
