I'm glad to hear he's ok...I can't blame the guy for wanting to see his kid and this money hungry be-atch using the kid as a pawn to suck more money and distrupt EG's focus... This makes more sense regarding the personal problems and hopefully he can make it through this tough situation... It's easy to judge someone without knowing the background or circumstances, but I probably would have freaked out too if my wife didn't let me see my kids... Keep your chin up EG and go ROX!!!
Running to defend your rididulous comments like a defensive fool and then covering your eyes and ears and yelling "LA LA LA LA LA" to block out everyone soundly thrashing your childish argument and putting you in your place. What are you twelve? Go watch cartoons little boy!!!
Back to Eddie, would it be safe to assume that his Trade Value just got lower with this incident and not reporting to Van Gurdy Yesterday as required? Maybe a trade for 2 of those Laker Cheerleaders (you know which ones) would be in order. Rockhead I do appreciate your sense of humor, especially on this balmy Saturday morning.
Eddie's trade value right now may be a second round pick and a marginal player. I don't think we should trade him right now. Can anyone shed some light on whether we can pick up his option and keep him suspended at the same time?
corbe, rockhead: why so bitter and insensative? has the world treated you badly? It is obvious that you two have no grasp on prioritizing when to be serious and when to be callously "humurious" as you call it. God i hope you guys arent fathers, because no one should be raising a kid that way.
You're better off just to drop it Alex. Corbe acknowledged our feelings. Rockhead won't. So, let's move on. Hopefully, nobody is hurt. And maybe all this will cause Eddie to realize he needs to do things differently. I'm kinda losing hope though. I'd like to hear more about what the Rockets are allowed to do with Eddie. Can they exercise their option and then keep him suspended indefinitely and not have to pay him? Does anybody know?
I made a concious decision not to bring children into a world full of idiots. Eddie has a responsibility to himself, to his child and to the Rockets. His maturity level is such that he apparently is overwhelmed. I overcame Drugs and bad women at Eddies age without millions in my Bank account. Sure Eddies got problems but he is responsible for those problems and his behaviour has been detrimental to something I do believe in-The Rockets, not God.
i posted this in the other griffin thread as well... the cbs fantasy hoops site said that the chronicle reported a rumor regarding griff being traded to boston...is there any merit to this or is it old news? if there is any merit, what is the proposed deal?
Ok, you sound more disturbed and bitter than I initially imagined. First of all, I am not in any way trying to defend Griffin's actions from the past few weeks. He definitely has a professional responsibility to his employer, the Rockets and a certain responsibility to his fans. He has not fulfilled that responsibility and should definitely be ripped up by the fans for that and ONLY that. That being said, making disparaging remarks in a possible tragic situation is just childish and ignorant. I believe in the Rockets too, and have been a die hard fan since I was 10, but you sound like one of those Dineroesque psycho fans. Seriously, take a step back and evaluate your own priorities.
You n00bz need to lay off rH. He is right, this doesn't have anything to do with terrorist attacks, but instead a rich boy hanging out with those who shouldn't allowed to be influencial in his life.
