My thoughts exactly. I witnessed Hakeem turn into The Dream and never thought he could be surpassed. The Beard has the tools, now it's just a matter of time if he can use them to achieve greatness.
Well, he was being a bit of a Nostradamus with this article from July : http://www.rappler.com/sports/by-sport/basketball/138829-nash-sees-harden-better-d-antoni
So happy that in all his post game interviews, despite the accolades and compliments, he acknowledges the need to improve. Love the attitude of striving for perfection.
James Harden is amazing. Houston is lucky to have him. I think some of the doubters are starting to be won over.
Harden is a better offensive player than Hakeem already. However there is a defensive end and Harden is no where close to Hakeem. Hakeem could guard 1-5. Harden at his best is probably average.
I would just like to say that I am so very thankful to be a Houston Rockets fan. To be able to root for and appreciate James Harden and all the awesome players this franchise has had in the past is a true blessing. I want you to think about the great talents we have had in the past. Think about it as we begin a new year and just be thankful.
