1) Yao will not make more in LA, we are the only team allowed to pay him more than anyother team. 2) Yao will get the same number of endorsements anywhere he goes, you think Jordan got less endorsements playing with the wizards? No, because his endorsement value has already reached it's peak, big markets help you get there, but Yao endorsement wise is pretty much near the peak. 3) Yao will have to pay more taxes = less money enough said.
