    I search for him yesterday in Pimp's draft board (search function) when preparing for a pick and again now and he does not show up.

    That would confer an unfair advantage to me, since at least DoD has Cato on his list as a player he likes, and I picked up Ron Mercer.

    Like having two tenth round picks instead of a tenth and a twelfth.

    No he has not. He is just deciding between a couple of players and the board disconnects you or something when you are unactive. The pick will come shortly.
