Ennis was fine, for a third string PG. What, you were expecting Chris Paul? He's better than McDaniels.

 

rick is an overrated coach. his teams never won anything. they just play aggressive/dirty in a half court offense where he relies on bigs to post score and wings to run

 

Mavs suck, got to let it go, we are 4-0 against them this year, that is humiliation enough.

he was won a ring. the mavs have made the playoffs with some pretty weak rosters outside of dirk. he is a great coach jus sayin

 

I'm expecting my third string pg to either be a young developing legit NBA player (Terry Rozier/ Jerami Grant/Patrick Mccaw) or a seasoned NBA vet (Aaron Brooks/Barbosa). Not a D-League or Euroleague backup. McDaniels sucks too but at least he has NBA athleticism which may prove useful on a Lottery team going through development. Once Ennis is dealt and waived from his 4th team by the age of 22 he'll likely be out of the league like Nick Johnson (who actually is better than Ennis).

Bogut didn’t feel he warranted a flagrant foul on the play. He didn’t get an explanation from the officials, quipping that he’ll have to go through his agent and Mavs general manager Donnie Nelson to try to avoid a fine.

“If you watch the replay, yeah, (Harden) made no effort to run around my screen,” said Bogut, who had missed the previous 11 games with a bone bruise in his right knee.

“So obviously I turned to protect myself and hit him and he went face-first into my shoulder. Yeah, it was a hard screen and I set hard screens. But to get a flagrant for it is kind of head-scratching when I felt like (Mavs guard) Justin Anderson had his wrist in a ju-jitsu hold four plays later, and that was brushed off like a regular foul.”

Bogut then took a subtle shot at the league office.

“You admire the effort the league’s putting in Secaucus (New Jersey) with that beautiful facility where they watch replays and watch TV and have leather chairs and all that kind of stuff,” Bogut said.

No reason to come down with that force trying to block a shot.

Obvious disregard for safety there.

 

Harden does this as well, A LOT.
Ennis was useful in the first half holding/increasing the lead while Harden sat, and in garbage time I wasn't looking carefully into details but cant hold garbage time against player.
IMHO Ennis was on a trajectory to become solid for rockets earlier in the season just when Beverly returned then he kinda gonne back to sucking in garbage time.
Perhaps he need a lot of PT to be good.
