Well it's a horrible trade for Houston, so of course it's going to happen. I'm still pissed over the GL trade.

How can LA sit back and let CD make bad trade after bad trade.

This team is being gutted. You normally don't see this unless an owner is trying to slim payroll to sell the team.

It won't take very much more to get me to give up watching basketball, or just become a Mavs fan instead. At least they know how to make good trades.

    Pathetic

Boston Radio is still standing firm in their belief that the deal is about to go through.

I think that I am the only who thinks this trade would help the rox. I mean I may be blasted but I think that this definetly establishes our starting 2 and we get 2 starters that we can use as reserves and aside from cat who I don't wanna part with either, he has shown that he thinks he is the man and wants the ball all of the time. I don't know it's hard to digest but I am not completely opposed to the deal.

Why dont you just turn off your radio. This would be the stupidest trade. I dont see how you can think this would benefit the rockets. With injurys happening often right now, we need some good players that can come off the bench incase Cuttino, Pike, or JJ gets hurt. Obvioulsly, JJ will more likely start at SF, and AG or nachbar will have to battle it out to see who comes in off the bench. I dont know...but right now we have alot of good options for players to start or come off the bench, and Houston would be stupid to minimize those options.

CD, JVG, or Tim or any Rockets organization member that is reading this post.

Do not do this trade. It is more r****ded than the Barkley deal and almost as stupid as the Pippen experiment.

    Stop now.

I am not kidding, this is not a joke (nor is it a threat), please stop all trade talks immediately and desist from smoking the crack pipe. Cease all rock smoking activity now. Fockass! I mean Focus.

Of course the details aren't locked down...but stop looking at the stats in comparison to each other.

This deal would give the Rockets two worker bees who are great role players in exchange for a guy who will never do anything in this league (Nachbar) and two guys who could put up numbers (only sometimes with EG), but guys that were unwilling to be the kind of role players that make good teams successful in this league.

yes, it does clear the picture if true...hey, maybe Cat said he did not want to come off the bench...who knows..this appears to be lopsided, but it does clear up the log jam....sucks, but true:eek:

Please keep calling Rich and Charlie on 610.

Rich actually likes this trade/Charlie's so-so... reason being it somehow improves our shooting.

OK, more court time for JJ/Piat at the 2, but who's playing the 3, Williams?

I'd rather have Antoine Walker jacking it up from out there.

Actually, Mobley/Griffin for Walker sounds good right about now.

    One positive -

They won't be running that STUPID commercial talking about the CUTTINO MOBLEY SHARPSHOOTER 6-PACK for tickets.

Come to think of it, I didn't see that commercial at all last night (maybe they already knew...)

    Hmm...

Yeah, then maybe we can get Nick Van Exel from Dallas and Sam Cassell from the Bucks.

If this trade happens, we're done. Flat out. Who's gonna pick up the load if Steve or Yao goes down with an injury? Without Cuttino we're a 2 man team...

Goodness I hope this isn't true, its upsetting me, I just wish they would deny this garbage trade already. I wouldn't mind parting w/ Griffin that much, but Mobley and Nachbar, that would be an insult.
