I've never really seen why so many people like Rubio. I just see nothing special about him and to think he has his own massive thread right here on CF

Very unlikely, but if the Spurs lose to the Pelicans tomorrow, we get the chance to conquer the 2nd spot on Tuesday.

 

What in the world was KAT thinking of leaving Ariza wide open for a 3 and helping on Harden driving to the basket (when your team is up by 3)?

 

Dream Olajuwon's current favorite Rocket player? It's Pat Beverly and its not even close.

 

Tottal average to above player at most. Nothing more.

 

we need 4's.. were shooting 3's like 2 pointers... damn....

 

KAT is not a good defender... he's part of the reason why Minnesota is struggling on defense.

Damn, I gave up and turned it off with 1:25 left in the 4Q... I do think this game illustrates some of the problems a slow it down, post it up type team could present this team, especially when the three balls aren't falling like most of the game.

Glad we won, will have to try and stay up and catch the finish on the rebroadcast.

 

Personally i don't think Rubio played that bad tonight, in fact he's one of the reason why we may have had some problems on the perimeter, he's a very solid defener, can play well on the passing lane...it's just that:

1. in this team he's just not a good fit, especially with KAT, Wiggins and LaVine eating the ball that much...which leads to ->
2. him playing way too much off the ball and he's clearly a negative factor when this happens

I really think he's a great fit for the Suns, they should trade for him and play with him and Booker as guards.

 

Love the Wolverine, I think his knee has not been right for a couple of years and now that he had that meniscus tear cleaned up, he is back to his old self.

I agree, i'd say the same about Anthony Davis, they can block shots obviously but they are not good defenders overall.

 

What the hell just happened?! I turned off the radio broadcast down 13 with three minutes to go. Got home, played with my daughter for about an hour, checked back in for the final stats and BAM!

Wish I could stay up for the rebroadcast but gotta hit the tailgate in the morning.

oh yeah, AD is overrated on defense, far from a lock down defender as some people think of him. Still a better defender than KAT tho.

 

My favorite reactions are the scattered Rockets fans in the audience who are freakin out after the shot. Totally woulda been me.
