I don't consider most 32 year old nba players to be in their prime. Why is 27-32 "classical"?

    That's just classical convention.

Lots of players lead their teams to championships between 30-32. I can name a few from the recent past

Kobe at the end of his career
    LeBron
    Hakeem
    Clyde
    Pierce, Allen, KG
    Dirk
    Duncan, Manu, Parker

Beyond 30 might not be physical prime for many. Id agree that's 25-31 maybe. But physical prime alongside mental maturity and experience is at its peak between 27-32.

the injury or whatever they see better be reoccurring, or dmo has to be in very bad shape, just not moving well at all

otherwise Captain Hook is a good investment

Rockets can keep talking with Dmo while one by one players make him obsolete - First Capela, then Rhyno then Harrell, then Nene

Soon, maybe even keith Jones will reject him
