I consider Carlisle to be one of the best coaches in the league, I'm not sure where to rank them but if I had Carlisle as my coach I think that's about as good as a coach can get. Carlisle is one of the best tacticians and part of what makes him so good is just like Pops he can adapt his system to fit the kind of roster he has, when he was coaching the Twolves they were extremely defensive, when the Mavs won their ring they were pretty balanced and when the Mavs had Parsons, Dirk, Brendan Wright and Ellis they were extremely offensive oriented. This year the Mavs tried to replicate the Houston offense we previously had with Dwight, unfortunately the Mavs roster is horrible, they brick all their 3s, a lot of their guys got injured and the ones playing all have bad defense. It's unfair to judge a coach by their record because depending on the roster a coach will look good or bad, I mean Cavs won a ring with Tyron Lue as their coach how good is that dude really? OTH you have MDA looking like a fool in LA with Dwight, look at him now it's like night and day.
