    Ironically should go the other way. If footing is a problem, the receiver has an advantage because he knows where his next step will be. The DB is guessing on slippery ground.

    considering our Oline is weak, i don't know why texans (other teams in general) don't go spread instead of power in that situation. i'd rather try to have my running back juke someone instead of having a to try to push the line.

    It's 0-0 second quarter with a chance to finally pin them deep. Punt it. Worst case, try a hard count, take a delay, then punt. O'Brien is horrible at game management.

    Should never have gone for it that far out in the snow.
    Just a horrible decision to go for it. punt it down deepened hope for a turnover which is far more likely than driving another 50 yards.
