Maybe we should rethink Defense like we rethought rebounding, in that fighting off your own players to pad your rebounding box score is a negative for your team not a positive. The numbers only tell part of the story, defense that kills your offensive flow needs some numeric value to quantify it's value. That said, relook at our Defensive combos that have the best +\-, and you'll see why Harrell and Decker are getting minutes,both score, play D, and allow us to play two more defensive stalwarts alongside Gordon while Harden sits. The success of this team is about our defense, and if our season doesn't break down it'll be because defensively we'll get better as the season progresses.
