    It seems to have gotten worse in the last day or two. Whereas it was just a mild soreness I'm now noticing it with any circular motion of that arm, so I'm gonna try to make an appointment with a PCP to get an ortho referral.

    Still haven't had it. I was diagnosed with melanoma at the same time and put it off. They found the mole when they were investingating my shoulder.

    you need a request for x-ray first ,it'll show if there is calcium deposits,fracture etc. if things are cleared ,then my suggestion to see an osteopath

    Yes. Luckily they caught it at 8mm, gets bad at 1cm. Ends up I was lucky I jacked up my shoulder.

    Plus I have a gnarly scar that looks like a bullet wound.

    You might want to check in with a Physical Therapist.

    Problem with insurance is that you need to go to a doctor, wait 2-5 hours for a script....to goto a PT.
