Wouldn't most agree that Lebron probably has the highest IQ in basketball right now? Chris Paul has an argument for that as well.

Can't really think of any active white players that truly understand the game the way those 2 do. Granted, it really doesn't matter these days. Only your willingness to watch film all day every day.

As a luggage problem, I believe I have just the thing for Sam Dekker.

isn't Dekker averaging the same pts and same rebs per 36 as a non-starter the same as the ariza as a starter enough?

I thought this was a really bad draft pick especially when he got hurt. That's why I'm just a cable guy and not a GM . I stand corrected so far. A lot probably had to do with me being a UK fan and they put us out when we should've went undefeated but I like my Rockets just as much as my Wildcats so he has grown on me.

Get used to calling Dekker the greatest athlete to ever live. Move over LeBron.

Sam was literally the only bright spot tonight . Much better d than Ryan and great hustle and movement off ball . Please Sam , take more minutes and get more mins with James .

We watched two different games -- Dekker got EXPOSED on D this game. I like him just fine but the reason he's a 4 and not a 3 is that he has awful feet and terrible technique. Joe Johnson hit like 8 in a row on him and Hayward drained a few, too. Some of these weren't his fault b/c the help D was abysmal (Harden especially, yikes) but still, Dekker was left in for too long. Quinn Snyder countered and went small to match up with us and that's when the big run happened in the 4th.

Agree on Dekker vs Ryno. I like him much better. I never realized how limited that guy was until seeing him play for us. Holy hell, he's so limited.

    E.G. Was really good too.

The kid has alligator blood...a pure competitor!

Glad to see him take over Brewer's minutes...

Dekker did surprisingly well (as well as he could have) on Durant.. He didn't shrink from the moment. I actually thought he played well enough on D to have him in there at the end of regulation instead of Bev.

They played great and should have them get more minutes. This game is proof that both do not back down to the world's best.

    Dekker was absolutely phenomenal tonight.

    His defense was great.

I felt D'Antoni made several mistakes tonight coaching-wise - but leaving Dekker in for the stretch run was a thumbs up play.

It would just be really nice if the Rockets and Morey would cultivate the good players they pick in the draft. It would certainly give us a fans a little more pride in the product. DON'T TRADE DEKKER!

His overall B-Ball IQ and slight physical gifts have him set up for a long career. He'll be a rich man for years to come.
