The way the Chargers were able to score is more of the problem I have though. They just can't stop the passing game. At all. I don't think it's asking a lot of the defense to not give up huge passing gains like that.

That said, the offense has to do better too. I HATE all of the wasted downs running Miller into the back of the O line setting up 3rd and long after 3rd and long and expecting Osweiler to keep the chains moving that way. It's just the worst thing you can do to a struggling QB.

That wasn't a short field, that was on the 30, the Chargers had 70 yards to gain.

 

You would think if he doesn't trust Osweiler, he's work to prevent 3rd and long situations instead of doing nothing but setting them up time and time again.

 

BOB is a terrible coach and Brock is a terrible QB.

Give Savage a shot and see start figuring out the coaching situation when the season ends. That would be the correct path to take...but we'll be stuck with these two bozos for the next couple years.

The Texans got lucky there that the WR failed to catch it, should have been an easy first down.

 

And got lucky with a weak penalty on the punt return. Oh well good field position. Let's see them take advantage.
