It's no shocker that you'd be here pimping those two out but Kizer is a QB on a 4-8 team who can't even complete 58% of his passes in college and Watson isn't a top QB prospect, he'll likely go in the 3rd round due to issues with ball placement and the fact that he's a spread offense guy who would need to learn how to run a pro style offense. Maybe they take a flier on him, but it would be another developmental type pick similar to Savage. I know your only criteria for a QB is the color of their skin, but neither QB would be an answer here.
