for me he died in the revolution. A courageous heart with good intentions to liberate the people but got corrupted by the process eventually became equally as terrible as the right wing dictatorships. (throws molotov as thread gets derailed and into the D&D)

Don't like this attitude that Cuba should be a play thing for rich Americans. It's why they had a revolution in the first place.
Whether he was good or bad for Cuba depends on who you ask. I have no take either way, BUT the people celebrating Castro's death are baffling to me! He wasn't assassinated, wasn't overthrown, wasn't exiled, or thrown in jail. He died an OLD man! I hope I get to live to be 90yrs old....that's a good thing or no...
