    I don't think those who vote for this award are able to appreciate subtleties of his game, namely energy and professionalism brewer brings to the table.

    i agree. brewer's intangibles have shown why he's filling in as a 15mpg starter. someone get that man an extension!

    Why would you include the atl game? That was last week.

    Harden led the rockets to wins over the wizards on Monday the Spurs on Wednesday and loss to the Spurs by 6 on Saturday while putting up two triple double.

    Sounds good enough for player of the week for me.

    The rockets also came out the longest road trip to start a season in almost 50 years (seriously why did this happen to us?) at 5-4. That's very impressive in itself.
