No matter how much you might agree or disagree with his politics, I would think it is hard not to like and respect the guy anyway. Just a cool, likeable dude with swag.
Thanks, ATW. I had not seen most of these. He did/does have a grace that we may not see for some time. I will always think this country wasted the majority of his time in office with bickering and political football. I actually came to this thread thinking it would be that time lapse sort of thing showing how he's aged.
Definitely cool and likeable. Also a good husband and father. Not something you can say about many former presidents. Although he is part of the political machine, I have more respect for him than many politicians.
He's handled unwarranted attacks on his family and himself based on their heritage with class. History will look favorably on him in that aspect
Google it. There have been multiple pictures of Obama as an ape, depictions of him being lynched. His wife has been called a transvestite, an ape and a "baby mama"

And unlike Trump who made fun of a reporter with a disability, Obama apologized. Much more leadership shown with that.

No, and I never said Obama's comments about special Olympians are cool with me. You do understand that him apologizing means they aren't good. That's why he apologized. Nobody is saying it's okay. What is being accurately stated is that Obama apologized for his mockery. Trump never apologized for his mockery. You can't get around it, bud, and you're starting to devolve here.
