LOL. I just love the reaction from liberals right now. From "we can't vote for him because what he's saying is too extreme" to "he didn't really mean everything he said, he was secretly on our side all along, you lose conservatives!" I've been saying all along that he exaggerated the stuff he said in his campaign but, nope, you chose to make every small detail a controversy. That's rich.

3 days. He's testing the waters right now. Everything's so new and he wouldn't want to cause something now that he's going to have to fix later. That's what I would do. When I know the game, then I'll do the things I want. The things he said to the Koreans is practically fluff without any concrete commitments but you guys are too gullible (or desperate to think otherwise). I have confidence he will follow through his campaign promises. Stop being in denial.

PS. How you guys think it's right that the US is paying for other countries' protection is downright moronic. This is what I was saying about Asians not having the vested interest of the country after getting citizenship. They don't exclusively bat for the same team.

PS. If you think there are no benefits to having military bases around the world you are downright moronic.

Where the hell are you getting your "information" from? Both Japan & Korea are paying and because of the payments from them it's actually CHEAPER to station the troops in Japan & Korea as opposed to stationing them back home.

If he is going to keep preexisting conditions without the individual mandate won't that crush the insurance industry?

I think that is an understatement. That cult leader literally picked out her clothes, wrote her speeches, made policy decisions, and extorted a **** ton of money from corporations large and small and apparently destroyed the lives of those that tried to resist.

The liberal party there got a free ticket to the blue house. Knowing how anti-US they are, I'm hoping this doesn't lead to irreversible consequences in foreign relations between the US and Korea...

Worst case scenario at the very least they can run into the arms of China and kick the US out like the Philippines initially tried to do.

I still don't find him very likeable, but I am hoping/thinking he will surprise many of us positively. I found Obama a lot more likeable as a person, but disagreed with a lot of his policy positions. With Trump, it might end up being the opposite.

Trump doesn't have any core political ideological beliefs. But his advisors do. And most of the people he has around him are pretty right-wing and/or white nationalists. And people who know the man have said that he likes to be the one to make his own mind, but he does listen to his advisors, and sometimes, it seems he rolls with the last thing he heard. And I never thought I'd have to pick, but I hope he rolls more with Priebus' advice over Bannon's. I am keeping my fingers crossed. But the student of history in me is very, very wary.

I'm just gonna take him at his word and behavior, until he proves otherwise.

And already emboldened enough to cast stones at Asian Americans as well, to boot.

Guess people weren't exaggerating when they called him the resident racist.
