Why is it wrong to be excited for a win on the road with a rival? I've held off with my opinions of this guy because it's okay to be critical, but this guy just doesn't like the organization. CW is dallas through and through.
dude is always hatin' on the Rockets. I don't need someone who vehemently roots for the team, but this guy is so negative. Maybe now that Stein and Macmahon is outed from the mavs, Watkins can go back there. please!!
Look, he doesn't "like" the Rockets and doesn't "like" James Harden. I think that's clear now and we just need to move on from it. He has a little too much glee when he gets to point out a turnover, mock their defense, criticize a loss, etc. It just is what it is. Believe it or not though, most major pro sports teams have at least one writer that covers them that does this same thing.

I warned everyone about Watkins and his reporting style. He loves to take negative slants on everything but it's his arrogant attitude and pettiness that irks the most. Real douche, even Dallas fans hate his arse.

Calvin's a great dude... always fun and entertaining to talk to him. He's hilarious too. Good people. And he has no Dallas bias... he just happened to cover the Cowboys previously. I still ask him pretty regularly though which Mavericks jersey he's wearing under his clothes that day.
