Harden needs to take that look ahead full court shovel pass out of his game, or at least be more judicious in his distributions. I think he got 3 TO's from the 5 he threw.

 

Calvin just call Clint a top 5 center?

I get what you are saying - seems weird to complain after he just put up those numbers. My point is (which I think you get) is that he has 2 or 3 turnovers a game consistently from trying the impossible pass or just being lazy. He's a great player and he does deserve some slack because he has to do so much, but he can be so much better than this and I don't think a lot of people here get that.

I don't think my expectations are unrealistic, there's no reason he can't keep his turnovers at about 4 a game, that's a very solid number for his usage. I know he's going to have high turnover games because that's the way it is, but at this current point in time there's simply too many of them and honestly, most of his turnovers are easily avoidable. But he does the same thing over and over again and it's infuriating. Imagine if he valued every possession?

I want him to be the very best he can become, that's all it is.

 

can you be called a center if you only record 6 rebounds?

 

high risk high reward and if he turns it over at least the defense is already back and it forces the ither team to chase everyone back early wearing them out faster

The one thing I have to give O'Antoni credit for is that he is always truthful in the pressers in what went wrong.

Harden has 4 games this season with at least 30 pts and 15 ast. The entire NBA combined to do that 4 times since the start of last season.
