Met a legend yesterday

    Hey guys

    I know it's a tough time right now given how Rockets performed yesterday, but I was hoping this post could bring some smiles to the forum.

    Yesterday I was fortunate enough to sit courtside rooting for our rockets against the hawks. Mid-way through fourth quarter the game was getting depressing, but someone strong tapped on my shoulder and I looked up, it was none other than the finger-wagging, cookie-monster-sounding, shot-blocking, 2nd all time, Dikembe Mutombo!!

    He sat down right next to me and my buddy and started chatting with us. He is the nicest guy you will ever meet. I joked with him about how he needs to tell Yao to stop eating so much cause he started to look chubby, and we also talked about the Rockets. It was a surreal experience, but it was nice seeing him still cheer for H-town and he still loves the Rockets.

    Fun fact, out of all the things he could've ordered, what did the guy want to snack on? A chocolate chip cookie!!!!

    it wasn't bad tbh, i always save my money around the time when rockets come in town, but these seats actually dropped from like over 1K to 500 a piece, so I swooped them up on Friday night lol
