o_O The Hawks played yesterday. But I agree that Harden has to do too much.

Gordon had a horrible game.Anderson and Ariza much of the same. Hell even Harden had a quiet second half.

Harden had no help tonight, Capella/Nene were awful. Corey Brewer is the basketball equivalent of a wet fart. Really disappointed with Gordon's performance tonight... I'll say this though, our opening schedule is pretty brutal, only had 1 home game so far. Hopefully they turn it around next game.

Of course D'Antoni doesn't leave Harden in for a triple double. LOL

we could have got dmo to do what anderson is doing, when he puts the ball on the floor, he is just as terrible as brewer and ariza

I'm sure Harden gets fed up with having to do so much just to get a win. He does his part every night, and I don't even fault him for most of his turnovers.

The guy has to be absolutely amazing each game for us to be close. If you put a big on the Rockets with some decent range and an ability to rebound better than Clint, we'd be in better shape. Heck, even an old David West on this team would open the floor.

I'm obviously frustrated tonight, but I think it stems from years of the Rockets having starting bigs, or a collection of bigs, who cannot hit jumpers to save their lives. Size is important, but if that size cannot rebound nor be a threat on a basic PnR, your entire team becomes a liability.

And yes, at the moment, I'd take our version of Juwan Howard over Clint and Montrezl. At least with him, you could count on some production and focus from the opposition. There's no reason to even guard our bigs unless they're at the rim...absolutely no need to even worry about them. You could almost skip guarding the PnR altogether and force them to shoot bricks.

Oh well...hoping for a better showing against Wash. Even Ne' needs to do better...I'm sure he'll bring more against his former team. ( some Bad blood)

    It's all Dwight's fault.

Some games you are beating up on the Knicks, some games you are the Knicks.

We don't have much of an inside offensive game, poor defensive rebounding, and gamble defense. couple that with some refs that called shooting fouls on any contact anywhere on the floor, and you've got a recipe for disaster if the threes aren't falling.

I think they HAVE to hit some mid range shots
just to open up more of the court or something
I *HATE* to see them get 2 ft from the basket then throw it out for a three. . . .. . pissed me off!!
    shoot the fricking Layup!!!!

and if we shooting these threes. . . . better get the f*ck back on defense!!!
