Who's the joke now? Great win! And my deepest congratulations. I lived in Chicago during the Bears Superbowl win and went to Cubs games 5 or 6 times. I'm not a big fan of the Cubs anymore, but there's this part of me that couldn't be prouder. I'm happy for all those out that that stuck with em'!
A couple Cubs fans/drunks wandered onto my property 15 minutes ago firing off fireworks. I am assuming they believed they were in a park or somewere in the woods. Let the Rhodesian ridgebacks out and there was an altercation but it didn't last long and they are off the property now. Sometimes I really appreciate strong dogs.

Agreed. I wanted Cubs to lose, but the game (and series) were epic. Chicago is a great city on many levels.
The greatest thing about this World Series is that the Cubs are finally not some sort of annoying "lovable" underdog, they're now just another insufferable billionaire team ala the Red Sox, Yankees, Dodgers, Mets... And their fans can finally shut the **** up about the 352 ways they were "cursed".
