I didn't watch it either. Was too lazy to find the article I read this morning, pretty sure it was Wash post, but they had an FBI official that said it was never technically closed. Though I do believe Comey's statement said it was closed.

Huma managed Hillary Clinton email server as she would write off as Clinton. My guess is that Huma had them backed up on ICLOUD/Hard Drive.

Child p*rnography FBI unit probably walked up to Comey and dropped the bad boys(emails) on the table.

Reports are saying the emails did not come from Clinton or her servers. And I'd like to see your source confirming Huma managed Clinton's servers.

Do you just make stuff up?

    she deleted her emails

any new emails found would come from devices she transmitted to

    why does that exonerate her?

LOL its well known that Huma manages Hilary's accounts. I am being hypothetical here but I don't feel that Comey would bring this about unless it is serious. Here it comes.

Um...because reports are saying the emails (on the devices) did not come from Clinton or her servers?

    Podesta's statement

"Upon completing this investigation more than three months ago, FBI Director Comey declared no reasonable prosecutor would move forward with a case like this and added that it was not even a close call. In the months since, Donald Trump and his Republican allies have been baselessly second-guessing the FBI and, in both public and private, browbeating the career officials there to revisit their conclusion in a desperate attempt to harm Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign.

"FBI Director Comey should immediately provide the American public more information than is contained in the letter he sent to eight Republican committee chairmen. Already, we have seen characterizations that the FBI is 'reopening' an investigation but Comey's words do not match that characterization. Director Comey's letter refers to emails that have come to light in an unrelated case, but we have no idea what those emails are and the Director himself notes they may not even be significant.

"It is extraordinary that we would see something like this just 11 days out from a presidential election.

"The Director owes it to the American people to immediately provide the full details of what he is now examining. We are confident this will not produce any conclusions different from the one the FBI reached in July."

So how does that necessarily exonerate her? If the new info exonerated her, why would this be news? Not to say that whatever it is they found necessarily is damaging to Hillary. It's obvious it can't be nothing and can't be good for her, otherwise why would they make the statement that they're "repoening" the investigation? If they're reopening an investigation into Hillary, it obviously has to do with Hillary's emails/server -- even if the emails themselves didn't come directly from them.

Am I not understanding your point correctly?

For the 100th time they are not "repoening" the investigation. That is not what Comey said.

It might be significant, but I wouldn't assume that because this was announced that it must be important. Comey probably meant what he said --- he doesn't know if there will be anything significant. He just doesn't want to be accused of withholding later if something turns out to be significant. Hopefully, they can say something more substantial in the next week.
