SMH, I really shouldn't waste my time with this simpleton, but if it weren't for people like him then the conversation about this would last all of 5 minutes. That's why we need stupid people taking up for politicians based on partisanship alone. When there's no intelligent argument supporting Clinton, they'll support her using unintelligent arguments!

Gladio, I have explained this several times, but you are burying your head in the sand as usual. I understand your need to make this a partisan issue.

One the grand scale, the repercussions and fall out of her actions are very minor. I highly doubt she possessed anything that was of substance. Quite frankly, Obama fanning the flames of racial discord are a much bigger issue at hand, but unfortunately, we can't kick a president out of office for being a fool. Even the Republicans putting up crappy candidates for presidents is a bigger injustice than this.

But when it comes to InfoSec, intent, repercussions and fall out matters not when one mishandles state secrets. I understand previous top ranking (not to be confused with high ranking) officials were not held accountable. And honestly, there was no excuse, even while mass electronic security was in its infancy.

However in 2010 with the mass security breeches, the excuses are no longer valid, regardless of which party. There should be no free rides from gross negligence. On the contrary, anyone who escapes punishment for their actions after this event are being partisan. Do you really think Obama loosely mishandles classified information?? I think not!

Do you not think John Deuch and Sandy Berger are not high enough ranking officials?

Clearly you are being the partisan one here.

Yes, you have repeated your nonsense several times, each as nonsensically as the last.

No, my head is absolutely sand free.

The Republicans are the ones that made this a partisan issue.

And yet you are insistent that Clinton should be prosecuted. Hilarious.

Yeah, it's Obama "fanning the flames of racial discord" and not the racists.

    :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

You're right, or the last one would have been out within minutes.

    Sad, but funny.

So, now that a Democrat is in office, Infosec is of paramount importance, gotcha.

No, Clinton escaped punishment because there wasn't enough evidence to successfully prosecute her.

No, Obama appears much better on this front that Bush and Cheney, at least we will get to see his email after he leaves office.

I don't think they are germane to the subject.

No, it is crystal clear that the Republicans made it partisan and they have convinced their fellow partisans to froth at the mouth over it. You sure are following the lead of your betters.

WASHINGTON - The FBI is reopening its investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server after discovering new emails, it announced Friday, a bombshell revelation with less than two weeks until Election Day.

"In connection with an unrelated case, the FBI has learned of the existence of emails that appear to be pertinent to the investigation," FBI Director James Comey wrote in a letter to top Congressional committees Friday, announcing that he agreed that the FBI should "take appropriate investigative steps designed to allow investigators to review these emails to determine whether they contain classified information, as well as to assess their importance to our investigation."

So...the FBI....is interfering with the Elections. They dont know how long this will take? Why not waiting 2 weeks to send the letter? They dont even know if the emails show anything...lol.

There is NO WAY they would do this if the new emails they found weren't big.

Even if Clinton is elected, is she going to be Impeached immediately?

Not necessarily. They were responding to House request for information. I think there was time limit on it.

Nothing like a little nugget of information to get Trump voters excited again just to increase the level of devastation they will face on election day.

Not much info in the NBC article. All it says is that during another investigation some emails came up that might be pertinent to the earlier investigation and that they were looking into them.

But I agree, really bad optics.

They wouldn't do this unless it was big.

It sounds like they found a device which lead to more emails. And this emails were NOT from Hillary Clinton. They are related......but it won't affect her. It may have been someone connected to the whole sphere. This is stupid.
