hey no prob man but I am kinda surprised that no one has talked about what I said about removing pot from the Schedule I control substance list. I think that is the next step in this journey. With this decision, I think the Supreme Court is recongizing that pot does have medicinal purposes. And with that recognition, it no longer belongs under the contriol of the strictest law; Schedule I.
Actually, I believe that people have to hear the truth over and over again before they even begin to believe it. In a marketing class that I took once, it was stressed that people don't really start to make connections until they have heard a message about 20 times. Once they have heard the message 20 times, they begin to actually take the message in. Our fearful leaders have pumped their propaganda and lies to the public for over 50 years, so it will take hearing the truth over and over again for the public to see the light. I do not believe this is a wasted effort, and I further believe that we (people who believe in drug policy reform) must spread the message effectively at every opportunity if we are to have success in the future.
