Revised Wins Estimate Once You Remove the Red Goggles

  1. 41 or less: doubt Vegas at your own risk

  2. 41 to 44: a roster full of Mr. Glass

  3. 45 to 47: one or two significant injuries, plus an overrated offense or defense

  4. 48 to 50: decent health, plus an underrated offense or defense

  5. 51-54: good health and both offense and defense fulfill promises

Looks like we should not have doubted Vegas.

The only thing we learned from last night was that if Ryan Anderson doesn't hit his shots, we're about as good as we were last year.

I wouldn't count on Anderson missing a bunch of shots of the whole season.

I agree. He seemed to be stroking at first then didn't get the ball much which may have thrown him out of sync. Shooters need a rhythm.

44 wins. The Rockets are a disappointment waiting to happen. Whatever your expectations are...lower them.

However many wins gets 4-5 seed.
That should be our realistic goal.

Defense was non existent last night and the Lakers hit a LOT of tough shots. They will upset quite a few other teams this season if they can keep that up.

I still say 50+, but last night's game is exactly the type of game they can't lose to make that happen.

I would be suprised if we make the playoffs. If we do it will probably as a 8th seed and will get embarassed in the first round like last sesson. I'd rather miss the playoffs than getting humiliated once again.
