LMAO @ Catanzaro missing. Arians was right running the ball the first 2 downs. Don't know why he decided to kick it on 3rd.
That's why you don't leave it up to the ****ing kicker. I was angry the Texans didn't go for the TD last week as well.
Agree. Especially when it's that close to the endzone, Seattle's d-line is gassed, and Johnson is a beast...I thought he was going to try to punch it in then randomly kicks it on 3rd down.
Haha, I was entertained. We haven't had a good defensive battle so far this season where it's more of the defenses being good than the offenses being inept. Then you got the miscues on special teams and game saving tackles. Other than the obvious o-line holding calls, they really let them play on defense today. Can't complain as I'm not a huge fan of all the phantom PIs and defensive holding penalties.
Seahawks just stuffed him on 2nd down. At the 1 yard line I don't think anyone agrees with kicking on 3rd down, or probably even 4th down, but it wasn't gonna be a given td.
If there's an issue with the snap or hold, you have the option to down it on 3rd down and get another shot at it. What they messed up was getting a delay of game on the attempt... and then letting the Seattle defender do the EXACT same thing he did earlier in the game when he blocked one. Then again, the kicker missed a 20 yard FG... which screams mental mistake... so perhaps it happens regardless of everything else.
game last night was a defensive battle but it was also tons of bad football. tons of penalties, easy drops, easy misses, etc..., it was awful.
