Clay St coming from Main St...leads right to the stadium, you can see it. Can probably find free street parking very close. Anything from Fannin to Stadium is close, if nothing, then go all the way to stadium and turn right (Tundra Garage is here) or weave thru neighborhood till you find something free

Preseason. Won't be a big deal.

Tip. Don't park under a tree. You will have 200 bird poops on your car when you get out

I don't know man, there are like 23 tickets left when I got mine. I was assuming that there would be like a ton of tickets.

That's a lot of tickets available. You must be thinking of Grizzlie home game tickets sales.

The Rockets nearly sell out the entire stadium to season-ticket holders, so tickets are usually only found on secondary markets -- preseaon games are forced upon STHs, so they are all "sold" just like regular season games. Trust me, there will be no problems parking. But you don't have to take the advice of a 15+yr STH if you don't want to.

I usually go with the parking lot off La Branch right out in front of the Four Seasons Hotel. I think it's usually 20 bucks but I don't know if that's lessened due to preseason.

    Enjoy the game!

I'm not questioning you at all. I just was confused. So the season ticket holders basically get all of their preseason games for free then. I got it now.

No, STHs actually are forced to buy 44 games. Preseason is the same price as regular season. Same as NFL...you actually buy 10 games.

GreenStreet Parking Garage on Fannin/Clay. It has the skybridge that connects the pavilions.

The key to parking is figuring the quickest route to the interstate of choice AFTER the game. Before the game is never too bad, but the traffic after can be pretty lame. Just park near your escape route.

You need to make sure you park your car somewhere safe. It's one of your most valuable assets. There are people out there that look for valuable assets, steal them, then use them for a few years and trade them to someone else for more assets.

The lot at Polk/Chenevert is my preferred spot. $10 and very easy exit from the arena; you'll be on 59 in just a minute.
