Libel. It is an interesting bit of dissonance that he complains all the time about misinformation while he himself slings all kinds of rumors about without any vetting. But, I don't really expect any better of him anyway. His libel suits and threats of suits are just appropriations of the legal system to maximize his own benefit anyway -- he doesn't give a crap about the actual health of the fourth estate.
There are CF members, @fchowd0311, who still think that Clinton's server was hacked. Talk about misinformed.
