It's pretty clear to see - Hilary won't let Bill submit a DNA test because this will open a hugeeeeeeeee can of worms. It's not just 1 illegitimate kid we're talking about - it's a domino effect where Shaniqua's and Letoya's would come out of the Arkansas backwaters with tales of Willy's willy. Just a terrible example of a human being that's come to embody the standard in American politics.
You have to wonder if Hilary would have allowed them to meet if the kid was white. It's really hard to believe how much she can keep up the front as a tolerant member of society who takes African Americans seriously.
