Yes, great advice for most people That is what CPA's provide for most people...knowledge over what deductions they can take without raising any flags with the IRS. But for a big business, who already have a bunch of tax accountants and tax lawyers, pushing the envelope probably not bad business.
It wasn't a complete runaway for HRC at first, but she eventually wore him down with a cool demeanor and an overall sense of rationality that Trump was sorely lacking. Not even close at the end. She clearly won.

He did ask Hillary Clinton about the emails and Trump hit her with it as well. Trump was just too scattered brain to stay on topic.
Trump can't do it reasonably. He can't attack her with solid facts. He needs to PREPARE. He needs to know what he's talking about.
trump got that ass whooped... he's never had any substance, and it really showed tonight. I've got no love for Hillary but she knows the issues... Trump made about 2 or 3 good points max, hillary had probably 10 good points... Trump also came off very negative... I thought that was a mistake, just fear, fear, fear... but that's what he built a campaign on, cant expect him to change his tune suddenly....
Trump started okay but went off the rails after the first quarter. If this was a basketball game 1st qtr: Trump 25-Hillary 20 2nd qtr: Trump 40-Hillary 45 3rd qtr: Trump 60-Hillary 75 4th qtr: Trump 80-Hillary 100 Blowout for Clinton.
Will have to see what post debate polls show. Hillary did have good demeanor, but Trump also did drive home what seemed to be his main point, which was that Hillary is part of the establishment that has created the current problems. Can point to issues, and good points, from both sides...will see what the post debate polls show. I didn't see it as decisive for either side.
Trump didn't lose any supporters tonight, because they don't care what Trump says. He certainly didn't win over anybody on the fence. He was unprepared, and didn't know what the heck he was talking about. Trump got worse and worse as the debate went on. Hillary didn't score a knockout. She was able to look better than Trump, and may have won over some of the undecided or people on the fence. Only one of those people look like they have a grasp on the issues to deal with them as President. Whether or not anyone agrees with Clinton, she at least looked like she knew what she was talking about. Trump couldn't even do that.
