The guy that Texas needs to replace Mack Brown with as their coach is Randy Shannon, the defensive coordinator at Miami. The guy can coach and he knows what it takes to win since he was a former player at Miami in the '80s. He certainly wouldn't be beat before he took the field like Brown is when his teams play OU.

I'd rather have Venables than Mike Stoops. But I'd rather have Fred Akers back than Brown. It makes me sad to think that we are going to waste Vince Young's sterling talents and utter brilliance like we've waster so many others.
