    FOOTBALL! It's been a while...

but you're not asking us to play...but where to play.

My best guess would be some local schools.

Are you looking for a places that has the goal posts? or just want an open field?

I know some guys that play at the Aldine High School stadium off of I-45. They say its a good field. Are you playing tackle or touch?

Johnston Middle School in SW Houston has a great football field that you can use if they aren't practicing. Godwin Park has lots of space that you could use as well.

"Bigtexx gets the snap, he settles in the pocket, he has a receiver across the middle, it's Trader_Jorge, Texx releases %*$#@ TJ catches the ball in his open mouth and is CRUSHED by some black guy in an Astro's jersey, drapg picks up the fumble, wipes the saliva, picks the teeth out of the ball and trots into the endzone...the gauntlet has been thrown down"

I love the way this thread started out with a guy asking how he and some of his friends could play some football and ends up being people trying to crash his game and then further devolving into a CC.net get-together. :)

Aldine High school is frequented... Your best bet is to pick a high school football field bro. Cypress schools have extremely good fields but at bit of a drive for you.
