We just got SCREWED by the Pac 12 replay officials....honestly, that was a 100% political call. They should be fired immediately. DD
It was the PAC 12 officials, which CAL is a part of, making the call. There was a CLEAR recovery by number 14 of the Longhorns, not even 2 seconds after he dropped the ball. DD
That was BS, but hard to be too mad at the call. If you want to be mad at something be mad at our POS secondary.
We got screwed on that catch by Hanson too, he readjusted the ball after he was out of bounds...no review. We need a challenge flag for coaches. DD
Even if it wasn't an immediate recovery, ball landed in the end zone note the one yard line so should be a touchback
Let's review. Terrible defense Horrible playcalling late on both sides of the ball - no running the ball with time left? Bad officiating Freshman QB making soft throws late in the first half. Never using the middle of the field on passes Just still too young, especially on D. DD
So much for all of the positive vibes this season. This was a horrible loss and we did it in embarrassing fashion.
Charlie has to go. Hoping for a 6-6 season. Please make it happen. The talent on this team is being underutilized. You can see the talent, but it's being used in the wrong ways. I don't know what defense they are teaching some of these guys in practice.
I just watched it again, less than 2.5 seconds after the fumble Texas number 14 picks up the ball, how the hell is that "No clear recovery"..... That is un ****ing believable. DD
