In one of my leagues, this year we dropped 2 bench spots (12 teams, now it's 5 bench spots instead of 7), after the league voted on it. There are some vocal dissenters still b****ing about it, but personally I love it. It encourages more roster turnover and makes the week to week FA decisions much more meaningful. 7 bench spots in a 12 team league essentially guarantees the best drafter and the least injured team doing well. What do you guys prefer? What is an argument FOR deeper benches? That being said, I'm only for shorter benches if the FA system is auction.
