Iran doesn't particularly like Pakistan after the whole Taliban thing and Pakistan and India say things like that all the time. I don't think Pakistan really cares what is going on thousands of miles away when there are domestic and regional problems.
Not sure about that. I think we are in more danger of WMD being used due to terrorists. There is no longer the threat of MAD. We were in far more danger of ending civilization during the cold war, but proliferation in nations like NK, Iran, and Pakistan could make a serious confrontaion more likely now.
