Unlike multiple DUI scumbag Phelps, I'm pretty sure Lochte has a clean record, so I feel like you will be highly disappointed in your thirst for hate.
Lochte is dumber than a box of rocks. There are surveillance cameras everywhere, even, yes, in Brazil (maybe even especially in Brazil, what with the level of crime). The Brazilians have every right to be pissed at the dude. So far it's been a fairly incident-free games and the White Privilege Crew turns it into a "we were robbed at gunpoint" thing.

Brazil went thru hell to get this event ready. They wrecked and kicked all those poor people that lived in that spot. They amped up security up the ass and to have some 35 year old Harden entitled player to beat them and trashed them did not sit well with the Brazilians
