K2: Siren of the Himalayas
The Summit

Always have had a fascination with mountaineering and specifically that of K2, and these were both good documentaries with beautiful photography, triumph and tragedy.

Money Monster 4/10

What a fugging horrible movie that was. Jodie Foster as director, what a joke. Clooneys acting, LULZ. The hostage taker came from a one night a week improv class. Gustavo Frein couldnt piece two words together. Julia Roberts was the only bright spot in this flick.

 

Keanu: 6/10.

I was disappointed and expected it to be better.

 

Jason Bourne: 7/10

I think critics are being too harsh. It's very well done, typical Bourne action and intrigue.

That said, it sort of is just repeating what we've seen before.

 

Batman v Superman: 6/10.

I'm a Marvel guy with no ax to grind against DC.

The main thing this movie had going against it were the expectations. It certainly wasn't epic but some of the critical reviews and harsh comments go too far IMO.

DC set themselves up for failure by taking this desperate risk at the wrong time.

Deadpool - 6.5/10

 

TMNT 2. Havent enjoyed a movie like this in a long time. Better than the first one.

 

Secret Life of Pets 6/10

Had enough adult humor and jokes to keep my attention. If you have a dog you'll get a lot of the mannerisms.

Great retelling of the story, some of the shots were great cinematorgaphy wise, usage of music was great, however Karl Urban is one of the worst actors in the history of movies. If they had someone different play this role, I would have increased the score up to 9/10. He is just so bad.

I have seen GARM WARS pop up on my "on demand" menu a few times and it always gives me a little chuckle.

weak plot but it was still entertaining and i liked the characters.
